Thank you for shopping with A&K Dynamic Duo. Because many of our items are handmade, small-batch, personal care, or made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Returns and Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, scent preferences, color variations, or change-of-mind purchases.

Please review product descriptions, photos, sizing, scents, colors, and details carefully before placing your order.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Bath and body products
  • Soaps, lotions, body wash, lip products, and similar personal care items
  • Candles and wax melts
  • Custom or made-to-order items
  • Seasonal or limited-release items
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards, if applicable

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and any damage. We will review the issue and do our best to make it right.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued back to the original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Shipping Issues

A&K Dynamic Duo is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, stolen, or marked delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package is missing or delayed, please contact the carrier first using your tracking information.
