Processing Time

Most orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days unless otherwise noted in the product description.

Because many of our items are handmade, 3D printed, or created in small batches, processing times may vary slightly during busy seasons, holidays, or large product drops.

Shipping Method

Orders are shipped through USPS unless otherwise stated. Tracking information will be provided when available.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the order size, weight, and delivery location.

Shipping Times

Once your order has been shipped, delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and destination. Please keep in mind that shipping delays can occasionally happen and are outside of our control once the package has been accepted by the carrier.

Recycled Packaging

Whenever possible, we reuse and recycle packing materials to help reduce waste. Your order may arrive in reused packaging, but it will always be packed with care.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. A&K Dynamic Duo is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

If you notice an error in your address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help if the order has not shipped yet.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, the package is in the carrier’s possession. If your package is delayed, missing, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking information.

If local pickup or delivery is available, it will be shown as an option at checkout.
